Dean's Fastly VOD origin lab

Fastly will not cache a single object larger than 20 MB by default. Files over that size fail at the CDN with HTTP 503, error 54113 (response object too large). The origin still serves them. Segmented caching is VCL that stores the file in ~1 MB pieces so Fastly can cache and range-serve it. That VCL is not on yet, so the two over-20 MB links 503 through Fastly and 200 from origin.

Same 31 MB file as lacdulou.mp4. Stub test.mp4 is 196 bytes, not a real clip.
